I decided to change management companies a few years ago because of the frustration I experienced with repeated damage to my property. I would like to take this opportunity to share my experiences with Tahoe property managers. My family has owned property in Lake Tahoe since 1998. Due to a career change I currently live in New York so my visits to Tahoe are rare at best. Initially, I selected Tahoe property managers because their rates were very reasonable and they were local. So far they have provided so much more and have exceeded my expectations. They handle any and all issues of maintenance in a timely and professional manner. They also monitor my home on a weekly basis for security purposes. Best of all, they almost doubled the amount of nights booked when compared to the last company that managed my home.
